![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is a place where I tell stories of slow food and garden-to-table, seasonal and local ingredients, urban gardening, sourdough and pasta. I also worked as a chef and baker for a Bib Gourmand restaurant, did a work experience at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons’ kitchen, and ran my micro-bakery. I worked in the publishing and media industries for several years: first within the editorial department at Elsevier and Oxford University Press, then as a language specialist for YouTube and Google, and finally as a freelance editor and translator. for my Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting, and I settled there for seven years, until I moved to California. I then moved to Oxford, U.K., for work, and two years later I took a few months off to travel through India and work in organic farms in Spain. While doing my BA, I spent a couple of years studying in Holland and Poland. I was born and raised in Puglia, in Southern Italy, where I lived until I moved to Bologna to study Film and Media. I enjoy growing produce and flowers, and experimenting with fermented and cultured food and drinks. I am a cookery enthusiast and urban gardener, passionate about homemade sourdough and pasta, plants and seasonality.
